We are hiring an Program Administrator for our growing team! The Program Administrator will primarily be responsible for day to day supervision of the residential staff and persons served/clients. The program administrator is responsible for daily management of the facility and keeping senior leadership informed of the daily operations of the facilty via reports and attendance meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervises interns, Peer Support, TCM, and residential staff.
  • Oversees all facility activities to maintain the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
  • Monitors and assesses staff morale and develops an ongoing plan to build and maintain teamwork and high level of efficiency.
  • Participates in the recruitment and interview process to determine the appropriateness of prospective staff members. 
  • Maintains records and documentation relative to staff performance.
  • Complete Annual Reviews with employees. 
  • Makes timely requests for annual leaves and reports for sick leave according to Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s Policy. 
  • Implements plans for performance improvement. 
  • Provides for staff development (i.e., supervision, educational, etc.) 
  • Facilitates communication with ancillary services and oversees case management services. 
  • Attends clinical and administrative meetings to integrate interdepartmental sharing of information. 
  • Develops and implements staff schedules. 
  • Build positive relationships with all members of the Multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Works collaboratively with the Senior Management Team. 
  • Maintains an effective and efficient daily staffing pattern within budgetary constraints.
  • Responsible for ensuring clinical staff meet educational/licensure requirements. 
  •  Follow Infection Control Guidelines at all times. 
  • Maintain good relationships with intake staff, administrative personnel, and external professional groups and agencies.
Key Experience and Education Needed:
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  •  Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • A minimum of 5 years of administrative and management experience preferred
  •  Healthcare and Substance abuse experience preferred
Other Qualifications to be Considered:
 
  • Knowledge and understanding of recovery principles and recovery driven service system 
  • Knowledge of administrative, personnel, and clinical policies and procedures, and ability to comply and communicate these clearly and accurately to staff. 
  • Knowledge of emergency procedures; ability to communicate these clearly and accurately to staff. 
  • Knowledge and competency in problem-solving, stress management, ethics and team building. 
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time 
  • Ability to read detailed health records 
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. 
  • Ability to operate computer and other equipment in the office 
  • Must have sufficient mobility to move around the office and the community
